Q. What type of hair does The Lace Cartel sell?

We specialize in 12A – 100% virgin human hair, including lace front wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. Our hair is unprocessed and can be dyed, curled, or straightened.

Q. How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS Priority. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final unless The Lace Cartel is at fault. Please check your order carefully before submitting. If there’s an error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Q. Can I customize my wig?

Yes! We offer Small, Medium, and Large cap sizes, and accept requests for specific textures and colors. All custom wigs are final sale.
